Power heavy industry with clean, steady electricity

Obzar designs and delivers industrial-grade solar, battery and hybrid systems that cut fuel use, stabilise power, and keep production running when the grid is weak or off.

Who this suits

Factories, mines, mills, cold stores, data rooms, hospitals, hotels, agro-processing plants, and large campuses with high daytime loads, frequent outages, or high diesel consumption.

Problems we solve

Many sites face high and unpredictable energy costs. Generators run more than needed, wasting fuel at low load. Production stops and equipment trips when the grid dips. Power quality suffers, with low power factor and harmonics adding losses and wear. Round-the-clock gensets bring noise, fumes, and a constant maintenance burden.

We design systems that cut fuel use, stabilise supply, improve power quality, and keep production running.

You receive right-sized engineering based on bills and measured data, a turnkey EPC delivery from design to commissioning, and an energy management system that coordinates solar, battery, grid and generators. Fuel burn falls, uptime improves, operations get quieter, and you have clear reporting with planned maintenance.

We match the design to your site, from solar-only for strong grids, to solar with generators for fuel saving, to solar with batteries for peak shaving and ride-through, up to full microgrids that can island safely and restart when required.

We collect data and survey the site, meter key panels where useful, then issue a clear proposal with layouts, single-line diagram, control approach, savings, price and timeline. Detailed engineering, procurement, installation and IEC-compliant commissioning follow, with training and handover at completion.

Why us

Technical scope

Solutions cover rooftop, ground-mount or carport PV with sound DC design and protection, LFP battery systems with certified BMS, EMS controls with sensible priorities and set-points, safe generator integration with synchronisation and minimum-load protection, plus power-quality metering and mitigation where needed.

Performance and guarantees

Fuel-save targets and uptime objectives are agreed in contract. Acceptance tests cover islanding, peak events and restart scenarios. Results are reviewed after month one, month three, then quarterly, with optimisation advice.

Warranties and assurance

Typical cover includes modules 12–15 years product and 25–30 years performance, inverters 5–10 years, batteries 5–10 years or throughput, mounting 10–15 years, and Obzar workmanship 1–2 years. Designs follow relevant IEC standards and manufacturer guidance.

Timeline

Projects of 100–500 kWp typically complete in 6–10 weeks from order, subject to access and permits. Systems of 0.5–2 MWp take around 10–20 weeks with staged commissioning. Larger microgrids are delivered by phased programme around your shutdown windows.

Maintenance and support

We provide scheduled servicing, remote monitoring, firmware updates, thermal imaging, capacity checks and generator interface tests, with clear action lists and emergency call-outs when needed.

What we need from you

Please share recent electricity bills, generator specifications, safe access details, preferred shutdown windows, any landlord or tenant approvals, and existing single-line diagrams if available.
